History

A family owned and operated business for over 28 years, Daisy Tours began in 1981 on a kitchen table with a phone book and just $200 in grocery money. Initially starting our company offering tours around San Antonio, we quickly expanded over the years, adding charter bus services to include bus trips to popular local and cross country destinations, shuttles to events and airports as well as special group and convention services.

Since launching our transportation business, we have grown from a single family operation with one bus to 42 employees and 23 motorcoaches, safely and efficiently moving hundreds of thousands of people millions of miles. Because of our reputation for consistency, safety and performance, our bus services have received many rewards and recognitions, including:

• Best Motor Coach Company San Antonio 2002
• Transportation provider for the 1998, 2004 and 2008 NCAA Men’s Final Four
• Transportation provider for 2002 and 2010 NCAA Women’s Final Four
• Transportation provider for every Alamo Bowl since its beginning in 1994
• In 1999 became the first charter bus company to win the DOD’s Military Traffic
• Management Command award for quality service. We have since won it two more times.
• Transportation provider for 1999, 2003, 2005 and 2007 city-wide Spurs NBA championship celebrations.
