Is a deposit required?

No. But we do require payment or a P.O. prior to the trip departing.

What is the cancellation policy?

If a charter is cancelled the day of the trip there is a charge equivalent to our 5 hour minimum. If the charter is cancelled 7 or less days prior to the trip there is a $100.00 charge. There is no charge for any charter cancelled 8 or more days prior to the departure. In certain instances, we can work you.

When is final payment due?

Payment for your charter bus trip is usually due 7 days in advance of the trip. Final payment will include any additional or incidental charges incurred on the trip that was not part of the confirmed itinerary. Examples include on-trip requests for additional stops or an extension of the trip duration.

Do I pay for parking or tolls?

All tolls and parking fees will be the client’s responsibility.

Do I need to tip the driver?

Gratuity for the driver is left to the customer’s discretion. We only ask that you keep it between you and your driver and not include it on your payment.

How can I pay?

Daisy accepts personal or company checks for deposits and final payment. In addition, we accept MasterCard, VISA.

Do I need to find a hotel room for the driver?

It is the responsibility of the client to provide lodging for the driver. For safety reasons we ask that each driver get his/her own private room.

Do your buses have air conditioning?

Yes, all coaches are equipped with air conditioning.

Do you have regular route bus service to different cities?

No, Daisy is exclusively a charter operation for groups who charter the complete coach for a trip to the destination of their choice.

Do you arrange for tickets at attractions and for tours?

No, that is the responsibility of the group.

Is smoking or drinking allowed on your motorcoach?

Smoking is never allowed on the motorcoach. Charter groups may bring alcohal. Daisy Charters & Shuttles cannot provide it. Large amounts of alcohol may require a security deposit.

Do you have a lift-equipped motorcoach to accommodate mobility impaired passengers?

Yes, we have one 57-passenger and one 39 passenger lift-equipped motorcoach. It is important to remember that you will lose 4 seats for every wheelchair you put on the bus and that you are limited to two wheelchairs per motorcoach.

Do your motorcoaches have restrooms?

Yes

What other amenities are on the motorcoach?

All of our buses are equipped with DVD players, monitors, retractable footrests/armrests, PA system and air conditioning.

What size coaches are available?

We have 22, 57-passenger motorcoaches and 1, 39-passenger motorcoach.

Do you travel into Mexico?

No. For insurance reasons we do not travel into Mexico. We can take you to the border if you would like.
